Every school's behaviour challenges are different.
Some schools need practical training around one specific issue. Others want to strengthen staff practice across several areas. And sometimes the difficulty isn't knowing what good practice looks like — it's achieving consistency and making it work across the school.
I offer three levels of support depending on what your school needs.
Discuss your school's behaviour needs
For schools with a specific behaviour priority they want to address with staff.
Choose one of three practical whole-staff training sessions.
Explore the foundations that allow good behaviour to become the norm rather than something staff are constantly fighting to maintain.
The session covers areas including:
Clear expectations and boundaries
Predictable routines
Staff consistency
Appropriate consequences and follow-through
Recognition and positive reinforcement
Combining authority with warmth and positive relationships
Practical strategies for tackling the everyday behaviours that repeatedly interrupt teaching and learning.
The session covers areas including:
Calling out and unnecessary talking
Off-task behaviour
Following instructions
Transitions and routines
Correcting behaviour effectively
Avoiding repeated warnings and negotiation
Responding consistently to repeated disruption
Practical approaches to preventing, managing and reducing more significant behaviour.
The session covers areas including:
Prevention and identifying patterns
Refusal and defiance
Escalating behaviour
De-escalation
Maintaining appropriate boundaries
Consequences following incidents
Individual needs and appropriate adaptations
Reducing recurrence rather than simply managing incidents
Brief pre-training consultation with SLT
One live whole-staff training session
Training adapted to your school's context and priorities
Supporting resources
Investment: £395
Enquire about focused training
For schools wanting to strengthen behaviour practice across the whole staff team.
Behaviour challenges rarely exist neatly in isolation.
Low-level disruption, challenging behaviour, staff consistency, routines and school culture often interact with one another.
The Whole-School Behaviour Training Programme therefore brings together all three areas:
Establish the foundations for effective behaviour practice across the school: clear expectations, predictable routines, appropriate boundaries and greater consistency between adults.
Equip staff with practical strategies to prevent and respond to the everyday behaviours that disrupt learning and gradually erode expectations.
Develop staff confidence in preventing, managing and reducing more significant behaviour, including refusal, defiance and escalation.
The programme begins with an SLT consultation so that the training reflects your school's actual priorities rather than delivering generic content.
After the training, we'll meet again to discuss implementation: what's working, what remains difficult and where further clarity or consistency may be needed.

For schools where training alone is unlikely to be enough.
Sometimes staff need more than additional strategies.
The challenge may involve inconsistent systems, uncertainty around expectations and consequences, significant differences in staff practice, complex behaviour needs or difficulty turning previous training into sustained change.
The Behaviour Improvement Partnership allows me to work more closely with SLT to understand what's happening, identify priorities and support implementation over time.
Build a clear picture of where behaviour is currently working well and where it is breaking down.
This can include:
In-depth SLT diagnostic meeting
Staff behaviour audit
Behaviour policy and systems review
Identification of key barriers and priorities
Turn the findings into a practical plan for improvement.
This includes:
SLT strategy meeting
Agreed whole-school priorities
Clear implementation plan
Deliver the complete three-part staff training programme, with the content and emphasis informed by the diagnostic work.
Training covers:
Culture & Consistency
Eliminating Low-Level Disruption
Reducing & Managing Challenging Behaviour
Support SLT as the approach moves from training into everyday practice.
This can include:
Three SLT implementation and review meetings
Troubleshooting emerging barriers
Support with areas where consistency remains difficult
Reasonable email support for a named SLT lead
Review what's changed and establish the next priorities.
This includes:
Follow-up staff audit
Final SLT review
Evaluation of progress
Recommendations for maintaining and developing improvements
Investment: from £3,000
The exact scope is agreed with SLT according to the school's needs.
Discuss a Behaviour Improvement Partnership
You don't need to diagnose that yourself.
We'll discuss the behaviour challenges you're currently experiencing, what you've already tried and what you'd like to improve.
I'll then recommend the level of support I believe is appropriate.
For some schools, that may genuinely be one focused £395 training session. For others, the issues are broader, and a more comprehensive approach is likely to have greater impact.
