If behaviour is still landing on SLT time, it’s rarely about effort or intent.
It’s usually because there are gaps in the behaviour system — unclear expectations, misaligned practice, or decisions that haven’t been made explicit.
Before changing policies or training staff, it helps to understand where those gaps actually are.
This isn’t a booking request or a sales call.
It’s a short way for me to understand:
what’s currently taking up SLT time
what you’ve already tried
So the right next step — if any — is clear.
